I came up with a versatile sauce that can be used to accent many different dishes. This sweet sauce has a bold ginger flavor accented by way of Saucy Mama’s Pacific Rim Ginger Dressing. So far, this is by far, my fave!! Such a hit and this sauce is a hit due to this great flavor-packed dressing.
Ginger-Peach Sauce
Serves 4
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 0 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup peach preserves
2 or 3 Tablespoons Saucy Mama Pacific Rim Ginger Dressing
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
sprigs of mint leaves, minced (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.Taste. Add more dressing if needed. Chill for 20 minutes.
Serving suggestion: Drizzle on top of an open-faced fish sandwich or taco.
